District 109 Incentives

In order to motivate our clubs, members and leaders, District 109  has decided to run incentives for which there will be recognition.

There are a lot of initiatives and many prizes.

We encourage you to participate in as many as you can and the rewards will be more than you can imagine.

Distinguished Club by June 30th, 202431/3/2024Clubs that earn a minimum of 5 DCP goals by the end of March renewals (March 31, 2023), without reaching DCP membership eligibility, (according to the Club’s dashboard).1 entry for a Grand Prize valued at $100. The winner will also receive an “Almost Distinguished” Certificate of Accomplishment. The winner will be drawn at the conclusion of the incentive period.
Select Distinguished Club by June 30th, 202431/3/2024Clubs that earn a minimum of 7 DCP goals by the end of March renewals (March 31, 2023),(according to the Club’s dashboard).1 entry for a Grand Prize valued at $150. The winner will also receive a “Select Distinguished” Certificate of Accomplishment. The winner will be drawn at the conclusion of the incentive period.
President's Distinguished Club by June 30th, 202431/3/2024Clubs that earn a minimum of 9 DCP goals by the end of March renewals (March 31, 2023), (according to the Club’s dashboard).1 entry for a Grand Prize valued at $200. The winner will also receive a “President's Distinguished” Certificate of Accomplishment. The winner will be drawn at the conclusion of the incentive period.
Club Engagement - Educational Awards1/2/2024 - 31/3/2024Clubs that increase member engagement by completing two (2) educational levels within the incentive period. For each additional level completed within the incentive period, one additional entry will be granted, (according to the Club’s dashboard).1 entry for a Grand Prize valued at $150. The winner will be drawn at the conclusion of the incentive period.

The Virtual Nomad Award1/11/23 - 30/6/24Awarded to those Toastmasters who visit clubs with 12 members or less (not including home club) in District 109 between November 1, 2023, and June 30th, 2024 and take on a meeting role. The more clubs visited, the greater your prize.
– 3 Levels available: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. (See requirements below)

Visit the District 109 website at: http://dashboards.toastmasters.org/district.aspx?id=109&hideclub=1 and look for The Virtual Nomad Award, to find a list of eligible clubs with 12 members or less. You may also ask your Area, Division or District Officer what clubs would be best served by your visit. This is self-monitored so please record the dates, take screen shots in the meeting with names displayed or have a club member verify your attendance.

Treasure Hunt30/6/2024Description:
Join us on a Treasure Hunt to discover the Treasures of Toastmasters. Download a map, check the rules, complete the activities and move closer to discovering the Treasure Chest.

Redemption:
Members will track and upload a completed Treasurer Map using the online form when complete. Multiple maps can be submitted.
