Call for proposals for hosting our next Winter Event – Dear Toastmasters from District 109!

Many of you went to the District Spring Conference in Genoa.
Do you still remember the emotions and the beauty of getting together?
Let’s take the opportunity to organize another valuable and enjoyable event for the next winter!

Attention all members and clubs of District 109! We would like to announce an open call for proposals for a winter event that will take place in the months of December, January, or February. This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your creativity and planning skills by submitting your written proposal for an event that will bring joy and excitement to the community.

The proposal should be presented using the template in the attachment. The template will facilitate the comparison of different proposals.

The evaluation criteria process:

1. Experience and diversity of the organizing team (ideally, the organizing team should include members from other Divisions/Countries)
2. Educational offers and ways to offer a great experience to attendees
3. Accuracy of the budget and cost for members to attend
4. Easiness of access to event location and strategy to incentive participation
