If a member of the Guidance Committee leaves Toastmasters during an HPL project, must they be replaced?

If a member of the Guidance Committee leaves – In D109, if a Guidance Committee toastmaster member leaves Toastmasters during the HPL project, there is no need to replace them as long as they continue to hold the values of Toastmasters in high esteem, follow the original project plan, and not share any copyrighted materials with non-Toastmasters parties. However, most of the Guidance Committee members must stay within Toastmasters until the project is completed. The responsible Vice President of Education (VPE) should pay attention to this issue.
