District 109 did not agree on the format of speech contests during the 2023-2024 Toastmasters year. To reach such agreement, an Extraordinary Online DECM will take place on 4 November 2023 19:00-20:00 CET via Zoom; the meeting will be open for dial in from 18:45 CET. As a representative of a an Area, a Division or the District, you are expected to attend the meeting in full.
