We’re here to assist you in organizing a fantastic event that the entire District 109 community will love! So, why wait? Bring your event to the district, and let us help you make it a success!
- Within the club: open houses, contests, speak-a-thons, etc.
- At the district level: workshops, panel discussions, longer pathway speeches, etc.
*If you need help organizing and advertising, the district can assist you.
To get your event posted on the District 109 calendar and District 109 social media, provide us with the following information: event location, date and time, registration link (if applicable), and any other pertinent details. We also offer assistance with creating digital flyers for distribution or printing and handing out hard copies, if needed. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.
