Past HPL projects

Past HPL projects – High-Performance Leadership (HPL) is a project that is required to earn the Advanced Leader Silver award in Toastmasters.

HPL is a Toastmasters project for the Advanced Leader Silver award. Lead a team to complete an idea for a group or project. Your idea can be your own, from a club or district officer, a community group, or related to your business or profession (with a Toastmaster on your committee). Complete all requirements before June 30th. Pathways HPL projects can be worked on at Level 5. Meetings can be in-person, by phone, or by video. Upon completion, receive the Leadership Excellence certificate. Recognize your committees in any meaningful way.

Past HPL projects – To complete the project, you must choose an idea for a group or project, either from Toastmasters or a non-Toastmasters group, and lead a team to finish it. The concept can be your own, from a club or district officer, from a community group, or related to your business or profession, as long as a Toastmaster is on your committee.
