Dear members of District 109,

I have just received a message from Lark Doley, our International President, who wanted to congratulate us on reaching Smedley Distinguished status and becoming number 6 in the world!

Not only did she want to congratulate us, but she also asked me how TI can better support members:

I mentioned online training for Club Officers and listening more to members. We discussed having access to Level 1 for new clubs in their chartering phase and having Pathways in other languages.

They would be welcome if you have any other ideas on how TI can better support members. Please send them to me so I can share them in a letter to Lark! Thank you again for this incredible result and all the excellent work you have done in your club(s). Together, we went beyond!
