CONFERENCE TICKET

Regular tickets

  • Regular tickets are fully transferable to another person but must be agreed with the organizers
  • A Regular summit ticket can also be cancelled before 18th October 2020. In this case, we will retain 0,50 – 1,00 euro for a transaction. Please remember that the payment for the conference fee is separate from the payment for the hotel – see the Refund policy of the hotel below. 
  • If our event is cancelled after 19th October 2020 you might be fully or partially refunded after the conference, but we cannot ensure it (we will do our best). In this case, we will retain 0,50 – 1,00 euro for a transaction.

Early bird tickets

  • An Early Bird summit ticket can be cancelled before 18th October 2020. In this case, we will retain 0,50 – 1,00 euro for a transaction. Please remember that the payment for the conference fee is separate from the payment for the hotel – see the Refund policy of the hotel below.
  • If our event is cancelled after 19th October 2020 you might be fully or partially refunded after the conference, but we cannot ensure it (we will do our best). In this case, we will retain 0,50 – 1,00 euro for a transaction.

HOTEL RESERVATION

Standard refund policy of the hotel

  • Hotel reservations can be fully refunded if you request it at least 32 days before the event (28th September 2020). In this case, we will retain 0,50 – 1,00 euro a transaction.
  • A room reservation that is cancelled from 29 days before the event cannot be fully refunded. You will pay the equivalent value of the accommodation services (without breakfast) for the entire stay and we also will retain 0,50 – 1,00 euro for a transaction

COVID refund policy of the hotel

The hotel covers force majeure and that includes 2 cases:

1. Romania closes borders so we cannot attend, or

2. Your country of origin doesn’t allow you to leave / issues a travel warning specifically for Romania / imposes quarantine for your return (all these would need to be duly documented).

The party invoking force majeure must inform the other party in writing within 5 business days at the most from its occurrence.
